High Productivity and Predictable Results are rooted in an understanding of knowing what needs to be done and getting the job done as a team.  Each practice owner is invested in the business “practice” performing at its peak.  It is safe to say, most team members have a genuine interest in being part of a high functioning team.  Yet many practices are not performing at their peak; why?  Starting with evaluating individual contribution.  Harvard Business School reports a 37% loss of personal productivity daily.  This loss is due to:

  • lack of clear expectations
  • no written step by step routines
  • superficial “drive -by” communication
  • individual contribution verses team work
  • low accountability
